In the event of renting an inflatable and it looks like
rain what is the cancellation policy?
Watch your weather channel the week prior to the event. If you
feel that the weather is going to be to cold, windy or rainy you
may cancel before your scheduled delivery time. If the inflatable
is delivered and set up and it begins to rain, no refunds are
given.
What if it rains during my event and the inflatable is
set up?
If it rains and winds are less than 15 mph leave the jump up.
Once the rain stops, wipe down the inside of the inflatable and
it is ready for use again. Please note that vinyl gets very slippery
when wet; make sure it is dry before entering the unit.
When my rentals are all set up, should I tip the delivery
man or crew?
Absolutely, tips are usually anywhere from $10-$50 depending
on what type of set up you are having done. Especially in the
summer heat, these guys will appreciate it greatly.
What is important when renting an inflatable?
A) Does the company carry insurance?
Yes, APR has $1,000,000.00 liability insurance.
B) How often are the inflatables cleaned?
Our inflatables are cleaned before each and every rental and
then inspected by the owner. We first vacuum, then we clean them
by hand with an antibacterial disinfectant. If, upon arrival and
set up one of the APR crew members sites a stray leaf or sees
condensation, he will do another wipe down before having the customer
sign off on the rental agreement. APR takes the most pride in
guaranteeing customers the cleanliness of their units. If you
are a clean freak, like us, and have to be absolutely certain
your rental will be clean upon arrival we have been known to invite
customers over to the warehouse Monday-Friday during cleaning
hours to watch us scrub!
C) What if something goes wrong during our party with
the inflatable?
Give us a call immediately, if it goes into the answering service
we will call back with in a half hour and will come out to solve
any problems with our equipment.
D) If winds exceed 15 mph?
Please exit all riders, and then turn off the inflatable. If
you see a storm coming in do not take a chance -- exit riders
immediately. Inflatables are not solid structures; they are held
down by stakes that will keep the unit in place while in use but
not meant to be held down during heavy winds. APR also appreciates
customers removing the blowers and storing them in a dry place.
E) When the party is over what do I do with the inflatable?
Turn of the blower, let the inflatable fall, place the blower
in a secure spot and go inside and relax from the fabulous party
you just threw!
F) When will APR pick up my rentals?
Inflatable and machine rentals are only the following day. We
normally try to pick them up before noon. If you have rentals
and a tent; pick ups are on Mondays & Tuesdays. You may request
a Sunday pick up if necessary.
G) What if I have rentals in a park?
Pick up for park rentals (machines, tents and inflatables) are
by 7:00 p.m. no later!
The renter is also responsible for getting any permits and paying
any additional fees to place units in park districts. APR will
fax over any insurance information needed.
What if in the event of renting a margarita machine,
my drinks seem to be too weak?
Start out with the directions APR has given you. If you think
the mixture is too weak simply add more alcohol to the hopper
by lifting the lid off and pouring more alcohol in. If you start
out moderate and go stronger you will not waste your mix. If you
start out heavy (1 liter) and decide the drinks are too strong
there is no way to correct the mixture. If you are unsure about
your machine or mixture ALWAYS call APR while machine is in use;
we cannot help you the day after your event and are not responsible
if you or your guests think your drinks are too strong or too
weak. APR simply supplies the mix with no alcohol and the machine.
We take pride in the cleanliness of our equipment and customer
service, if you have any question at all just give us a call.
If your question is after hours, someone will call you back with
in a half hour.
